Submit your custom branding requirements using our dynamic contact form. You can upload design sketches, vector logo formats (.AI, .PDF, .SVG), or reference photos. If you don't have a finished template, our internal design team will create an artwork layout blueprint specifying yarn colors, sock length, and placement of logos.
Once you approve the digital vector mockup, we create a machine-knitted physical sample. Our rapid sampling cycle takes 3 to 5 business days. We stitch the socks with exact cotton colors and express-ship the physical samples to your office. You will see the elasticity, texture thickness, and design accuracy first-hand before bulk commitment.
Upon final sample approval and deposit confirmation, we launch full-scale production. Yarn cones are fed into computer-guided double-cylinder Lonati machines. After knitting, the toe section is linked using automated seamless sewing technology (hand-link sewing) to guarantee zero irritation. Boarding and heat-pressing follow to lock standard sizing parameters.
Our Quality Assurance team checks every single pair. Defect-free socks are fitted with custom-branded card headers, labels, and tags, then bulk boxed. We coordinate customs documentation and ship door-to-door globally via air cargo (3-5 days) or road transport (to Europe) and ocean freight (for larger bulk wholesale projects).
